The space is flat, trafficable, and includes permanent three-phase power, a freight lift for equipment, and a covered wet-weather area. The building owner has pre-approved the rooftop for film and photography use, meaning no government permits are required for most productions. Helicopter landings can be arranged on request (additional cost).
